SYNOPSIS
Sudo Yoriko believes in a new religious group Midoriinochikai, that worships water. She lives peacefully, praying every day and studying about Midoriinochikai. One day, her husband, who has been missing for a long time, comes back to her. Due to that, her emotions, that she suppressed, explode out.

OGIGAMI NaokoNaoko OGIGAMI, born in Chiba Prefecture in 1972, moved to the USA in 1994 to study film at the University of Southern California. She then worked on commercials and made her first short films before making her feature film debut YOSHINO’S BARBER SHOP (2003 / NC ’04). Her film Glasses(2007 / NC ’10) was awarded the Manfred Salzgeber Prize at the Berlin International Film Festival 2007 and her queer drama Close-Knit (2017) also received numerous awards, including the Teddy Award at the 2017 Berlin International Film Festival.
