SYNOPSIS
Do the trees in the city have to disappear every time a redevelopment project takes place? In the middle of a redevelopment area, there is a Metasequoia tree-lined path that remains like an island. We thought that all we could do for the trees that would soon disappear was to remember and record them, but as more people from various fields gathered, we began to explore ways to preserve the trees.

LEE SungminAlthough she (LEE Sungmin) majored in film directing in both undergraduate and graduate school, she was unable to make films for a long time. She started making films again while working on photography projects. Green Concrete is her first feature-length documentary.
