SYNOPSIS

An educational environment based on a strictly competitive exam system, like a military culture that demands absolute submission, egotism and heartlessness, is representative of a culture encouraging the singling out of the different. Set during an anatomy class at a girls¡¯ school, through the chilling and gruesome events which take place this film examines these issues that haunt us today.
Set against the modern settings of the school building, vintage phones and students clad in modernized traditional attire present the school as an allegorical space through intended temporal ambiguity. A progressive piece that pushes the realms of imagination to the limits. (Kwon Eun-sun)
