SYNOPSIS

In winter 2000, the filmmaker receives a card of Fuji Mountain from a friend, who is studying in Japan. This card reminds the filmmaker of her aunt, who has gone to Japan for love a long time ago. She decides to plan a trip to Japan. In Tokyo, she runs into four Taiwanese women from different generations and backgrounds who have come to Japan for different reasons, and learn about the reality of the lives of women living in a foreign country.

    Born in 1977 in Taipei, Michelle Chu majored in Commercial Design at Chung Yuan Christian University. She produced short films and documentaries.

    Yang Li-chou was born in 1969, and is now a full-time documentary filmmaker. His works include The Class Book, Three for a Hundred, and Pass Through.
