Early 90’s. On the streets of Manila, which are caught up with the democratization movement, there live some innocent children. This film is about the more than 80 thousand innocent kids living on the streets. They beg for money, steal to feed themselves, and take drugs, but they still have their own dreams, which are small and simple, of going to school, finding their family, and being happy.
