SYNOPSIS

A collaborative effort of the filmmaker LeAnn Erickson and her son Jake, Fun Days with Jake is based on the drawings and story of Jake. The filmmaker mother attempts to communicate with her son¡¯s world through the absurd story and imaginations of her little son in this sweet animation.
 Bees, a documentary is based on a simple question: can a bee¡¯s whole life be made into a 36-second documentary? The film¡¯s answer is ¡®yes, only if you are as simple-hearted as a child.¡¯ (Jenna Ku)

    A college professor and independent video/filmmaker, LeAnn Erickson, received an MA in film and video production and an MFA in intermedia from the University of Iowa. Her work has appeared on public television, in galleries, and has won national recognition in video/film festivals.
