SYNOPSIS

A 75-year-old woman has lived in Vienna for the past 50 years. A year after her husband passes away, she leaves for Israel where her children and grandchildren live. Though she was born in Israel, she does not speak Hebrew, since she has spent most of her life in Vienna. The film records her last seven days in Vienna while she tries to overcome the fear of her new environment and says goodbye to old friends and neighbors. (Kim Hea-seung)

    Born in 1974 in Israel, Idit Gan Zvi has a BA in Communications and Public Affairs from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. She has just completed four years of study at the Ma¡¯ale school of Television, Film and the Arts, Jerusalem. She also set up her own production company and directs independent personal and corporate films.
