SYNOPSIS

This animated short film is a detailed concoction of Puccini¡¯s solemn love story which recalls the Korean folk tale of Sir Turtle. The filmmaker succeeds in incorporating the epic and musical flow of the original piece into endearing melodies performed by the sea creatures. But the best part of this film is the alternative happy ending that brings various elements into perfect harmony. (Kim Joon-yang)
