After passing the employment exam to become a Singapore Airlines flight attendant, Ling anticipates her new life of international travel. Ling begins to become insecure in the face of the vehement opposition of her conservative father and boyfriend during her training. As the first embarkation looms, Ling realizes that her trip to the strange world might not be easy at all. (Kim Hea-seung)
Huang Li-anneHuang Li-anne
After obtaining her MBA from Stanford Business School, Huang Li-anne worked at Merrill Lynch and 20th Century Fox before studying filmmaking at NYU. Her film Under the Manhattan Bridge (2003) was screened at numerous festivals including the New York and LA Int’l Independent Film Festivals. She has recently worked on films by Sydney Pollak and J. Todd Harris.
