SYNOPSIS

As her elder sister¡¯s marriage engagement was broken due to the presence of a physically handicapped sister, Sasaki Chizuko. a woman with cerebral palsy, decides to leave her home and enter an institution. However, the staff at the institution tell her that only those who are able to take care of their own menstruation will be admitted to into the facility. (Kim Hea-seung)

    Born in Osaka in 1950, she studied video production at a Women¡¯s School in Osaka. She founded the Video Studio ¡°AKAME¡± and made videos focusing on the themes of gender and working women. Her video films include Divorce part 1, 2, 3 and European Citizen¡¯s Access to the Media (2002).
