When someone is looking forward to getting older, it may be due to the expectation of retiring to a calm, peaceful life far from any trouble. However, life is unpredictable and turmoil may hide around every corner. Respire is a sensational report of new excitment entering a life. The muscular physique of the delivery man in an elevator lures a woman into the world of desire. At the end of the film, we just cannot help ourselves from shouting aloud. (Jay Sohn)

Kim Myung-hee was born in Pusan in 1983. She graduated from Dongseo University after her films studies. Respire was screened at the competition section of the 3rd Asiana International Short Film Festival.
