An old lady who has a disabled leg on the 13th floor disappears. Concerned about her, an old security guard and another old lady on the 7th floor with bad teeth try to collect their fragmented memories of her like solving a puzzle. The lady on the 7th floor remembers she once stole the lady on the 13th floor\'s false teeth out of jealousy. Feeling guilty, she tried to return them to the lady, only to fall down on the stairs and break her leg. This made her walk with a limp just as the lady on the 13th floor did. When she sees the dead body of the lady on the 13th floor, she crumbles on the ground with the fear that she might be the next one to be carried out in a body bag. (Billy Choi)
