SYNOPSIS

Anna, an ordinary girl, is dumped by her girlfriend, rejected from colleges, and treated with indifference by her family members who are busy preparing for her sister¡¯s wedding. Working as a receptionist at a cosmetic surgery clinic, Anna meets Sadie one night writing ¡®women¡¯s bodies are their own¡¯ on the door of the clinic. Sadie is the leader of a radical feminist punk group called Clits in Action (CIA). Sadie finds out that Anna likes her and brings her into this politically correct world. Anna hatches a desperate plan to save CIA, in which they will paint a penis on the pillar in front of the monument mountain and blow it up. This moment will be seen live on TV through a nationwide broadcast. Jamie Babbit, the directore of But I¡¯m a Cheerleader is back with this more forceful and fast-paced film. While we might expect it to be nice for lesbian film fans to see familiar actors, this film is a 100% unexpected, hot new comedy for women audiences. (KIM Sunah)
