On an early weekend morning, on the streets of Hong Ik University, the young lesbian lovers, Tery and Hyun-jin, are on their way home from a drinking party with their lesbian friends. They are holding hands while walking, but they are immersed in the contradictory feelings of happiness and uneasiness because of their relationship. Their lesbian friends have told them stories about the complications of family conflicts, the problems of living together, and the necessity of lesbian communion. This is a courageous film on the experience of the lesbian community in Korea, where it is hard to find lesbian films. It is the second film by the collective “Queer Factory LSD,” which presented its previous work, Over the Lezbow, at the 9th IWFFIS. (Jay SOHN)
