SYNOPSIS

Synopsis
Oh, My God! is a humorous observation of children¡¯s interpretations and experiences of sexuality. The film also looks back through grown-up eyes at the reality of being part of the ¡°in-crowd¡± and the lengths to which one is prepared to go to become a respected member. But first and foremost Oh, My God! is a film about the orgasm.

Program Note
Uniquly humorous and witty, this films shows the moment of Eureka when children realize their sexual desire and identity in their own ways among peers. At the same time, it also boldly pictures the power relationship based on sexuality, such as sexual knowledge or sexual charm, among peers. Most of all, this film carries the focus on the orgasm and the spoon used for it. The director Anne SEWITSKY, who made a strong impression by catching the delicate moment of a girl¡¯s first love in the previous work Heartcut, screened in the 11th edition, once again demonstrates her talent in filmmaking. (CHO Hye-young)
