Synopsis
Finding a white hair one day triggers stream of thoughts...
Program Note
This is a film that expresses a woman‘s fears of aging by showing her hard work on not letting the passage of time eat her up. One day she discovers few strands of gray hair growing on her head and starts to pluck them out. It vividly describes the enormous lapse of time coming suddenly by using sounds of moving water and movement of lines. However, despite her effort to escape the current of time, it is not easy for her to do so. (BAE Ju-yeon)

Born in Japan in 1983, TAKEDA Yuka obtained her MA at Royal College of Art in 2010. She currently lives and works as an artist/ freelance animator in London. Her works include Insomnia (2008), Nightfall (2007), Who Knows If... (2007).
