Synopsis
For insurance agent Yeonsoo, it is the deadline day for reporting her sales performance for the month. In order to reach the next rank, she has to sell three more insurance contracts. When her third customer turns her down, Yeonsoo visits her colleague’s place – a maternity ward. Here she runs into a heavily pregnant woman suffering from insomnia and suggests she buys an insurance for the fetus. As Yeonsoo proceeds to persuade the uninterested pregnant woman, she becomes haunted by her own trauma.

Program Note
Yeon-soo makes a living as an insurance agent. Her child died of bone cancer because she couldn’t afford to pay for a transplant surgery. As far
as she is concerned, insurances do not map out the future but rather, they have become a means of living with which she bears the weight of the
present. Director CHOO Sang-mee follow Yeon-soo for a day as she, pressed by a sales deadline, stoops to illegalities inside a maternity ward
toilet. Under what influence do the shadows of anxiety, nervousness and pity cast upon her persist? [LEE Angela]
