Aging Labor Friendship

'Pan Zhog' is a sentimental narrative short film about saying goodbye. Mori-so & Gim were neighbors, friends and partners of banquet catering for decades. One day Mori-so got a mid-night phone call sending the message of her best friend's death. The end of life suddenly approached so near. Daily life seemed revolving as usual afterwards yet Mori-so was well aware of the missing one. Mori-so decide to cater a supper for Gim and her families to say goodbye in the way Mori-so and Gim both familiar with.

Mori-so and Gim are neighbors, friends, and partners
of the banquet catering service for decades, and
have always shared a close relationship. Then one
day, Mori-so receives a phone call in the middle of the
night that tells her the news of her best friend's death.
The end of life approached too suddenly. The loss of
her friend, who was always present in Mori-so\'s life
and was closer to her than her husband, is too great
and too lonely. The ending scene of Mori-so also
quietly beginning to prepare for her own last moments
in life is very heartwarming. Pan Zhog is a masterwork
that beautifully and delicately captures the time of
 farewell. [KANG Ba-da]

A Y-Gener, but always gets her ID checked, a native from Hsin-Chu, where traditional Hakka culture collides with Taiwan\'s Silicon Valley, She\'s a scriptwriter, a documentary film maker, a director, photographer, and post-producer, as well as 2D motion graphic artist. She recently confessed that her interests may be a bit too broad, yet, this is why life is interesting. To her, the process of discovering underlying causes and collecting items that seem redundant is fun.
