A group of individuals who had once faced criticism from friends, family, or others around them for caring more about human rights than focusing on their “student duty” to study came together. As their year-and-a-half-long journey came to an end, they wanted to reflect on why they chose to join the Youth Delegation of Amnesty International Korea—despite fear and uncertainty—and what that experience had left behind for them. They decided to share their stories first, for others who may feel different or a little out of place, yet still wish to quietly pursue what they believe is right. To fully capture the raw energy of "youth," the production team took a step back and placed the Youth Delegation at the center. We hope that within the lively, interwoven conversation of these five delegates from Amnesty International Korea, the sincere passion of each one will shine through—like gems waiting to be discovered.
