How to Reserve	Please download the booking form and fill out the form with the film title, code number, screening date, theater information and your information(name, contact number). Booking Form Send the booking form by e-mail. We send the confirm e-mail to you. Please check the e-mail one more time. E-mail address : ticket@siwff.or.kr
Payment	Cash(KRW), Credit Cards All payments must be made at the ticket booth.
How to Collect	Admission tickets will be made available at the ticket booth after checking personal information. Please take your booking form. It will be made available to take tickets until 30 minutes prior to the film screening you’ve booked. If you don't pay the tickets which you’ve booked by e-mail until 30 minutes prior to the film screening starts, the booking is automatically cancelled.

Period	Aug 26 (Fri) - Sep 1 (Thu) * Up to 1 hour before the first screening starts to 15 minutes after the last screening starts.
Payment	- Cash, credit card - Advance ticket verification number: SIWFFIAN advance ticket - Badge, ticket exchange - Cannot be purchased using gift/book vouchers
Usage methods	- Up to four tickets per person - Seats remaining after online sales will also be sold on-site; tickets will not be sold on-site if sold out online. - Online ticket holders may enter with their mobile tickets, without needing to visit the on-site ticket booth. - Reservation number (SMS, reservation confirmation, reservation details page) will be required when issuing tickets reserved online.

* On the opening day, reserved tickets can be issued at the ticket booth in the Oil Tank Culture Park.

Cancellation Period	Up to 30 minutes before the beginning of a screening
Cancellation Fee	KRW 1,000 will be charged per ticket if a cancellation is made on the day of a screening.

• Partial cancellation will not be available. (If, for example, you wish to cancel only one out of four tickets reserved, all four must be canceled and three tickets rebooked; a cancellation fee will also be charged.)
• Tickets issued after an online reservation can only be canceled at the on-site ticket office. (Tickets must be presented.)
• In the case of same-day cancellation for a screening, a cancellation fee will be charged, even when canceling a reservation to change the ticket quantity, screening, seat, or payment method.
• Tickets issued with badges and ticket exchanges cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

 

• Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded based on personal circumstances (e.g., lost tickets, damaged tickets, traffic delays, going to the wrong theater, mistaking a theater or screening time, etc.).
• Screenings begin on time, in principle, and entrance may be restricted 20 minutes after a screening begins.
• Entrance to theaters will be limited according to ratings. Children under the age of four will not be permitted to enter. Those under 18 will not be allowed into R-rated films, even when accompanied by a guardian or if already holding a ticket.
• Bringing and/or consuming food inside the theater is prohibited. (Only bottled water and non-alcoholic drinks will be permitted.)
• Taking photographs and videos is not allowed during the screenings.
• In the case of VR screenings, the seats at the time of reservation are temporarily designated, and the actual seating will have non-designated seats. (Entrance will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.)
• The SIWFF complies with the Seoul Metropolitan Government's preventive measures.
