Admission is not permitted after the screening begins.
A penalty will be applied for no-shows. If you fail to attend five or more reserved screenings within a 30-day period, your online reservation privileges will be suspended for the next 30 days.

On-time Screening
Films are screened on schedule.
Entry begins 10 minutes before screening; no entry after 20 minutes from start.
Late entry permitted between films in short film collections.
Please remain in your assigned seat throughout the screening.
Food and Drink
To maintain a pleasant viewing environment, strongly scented or noisy food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Prohibition on Photography
Please turn off all electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches.
Please refrain from bringing recording equipment, such as cameras, into the theater.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during screenings.
If unauthorized recording is detected, the recorded materials will be deleted to prevent copyright infringement.
Ticket Possession
Entry is allowed only with a valid mobile or printed ticket, including for free screenings.
If using a badge-issued ticket, the badge must be presented upon entry.
Captured images of mobile tickets are not accepted for entry.
Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded for personal reasons (e.g., loss, damage, traffic delays, incorrect screening time or venue).
Age Restrictions
Children under 4 are not admitted, even with a guardian.
Films rated ¡°19 and over¡± are restricted to viewers born in 2007 or earlier.
