SYNOPSIS

Ye-lin, a giraffe lover, falls in love with a teacher who dreams of traveling to Africa. Their repeated meetings reveal the futility of realizing their dreams, and as the girl goes through puberty, her sentiments change the relationship even more.

PROGRAM NOTE

This is an early short film that can be called Han Yeri¡¯s debut, and you can meet her rawest features. Crying, laughing, shouting, and dancing, Han Yeri is emotionally disarmed because she is pure in the film, and therefore, she expresses and radiates herself freely and nearly in Ye-lin¡¯s disguise as if she were flying in the screen. When the film was first released to the world, Han Yeri¡¯s vividness, which seemed to break through the frame, was a flash of light, and the Korean film scene as well as the audience cheered for the emergence of this completely new actor.
