Actor Hara Setsuko worked with Director Ozu Yasujiro in six of his films: Late Spring (1949), Early Summer (1951), Tokyo Story (1953), Tokyo Twilight (1957), Late Autumn (1960), and The End of Summer (1961). She plays a character named Noriko in the first three of six films. Noriko Setsuko is a video essay that edits Hara Setsuko and her performances playing Noriko from five films except The End of Summer (and performance in the rest two films) as if they were one person.
